It's a branch of a 23-store gelato chain that started in Poços de Caldas, Minas Gerais, in 2017 — no local origin story to tell here, just a straightforward, well-run scoop shop.

Consistent, not flashy

Reviews describe exactly that: one visitor's whole review is "Gelato bom, atendimento excelente e lugar agradável" — good gelato, excellent service, pleasant place — and that's a fair summary of the pattern across the sample.
