A halfpipe is an unusually persuasive reason to look up from dinner. Skatecafé, at Gedempt Hamerkanaal 42 in Amsterdam-Noord, combines skating with a restaurant and a busy music programme. Pick the night from the calendar: the booking determines what happens in the room.
The restaurant serves seasonal sharing plates; adjoining Dick & Dick does self-service pizza. Dinner kitchens run 18:00–22:00, with drinks and snacks at Skatecafé from 15:00 on regular opening days. The usual schedule is Thursday through Saturday; concerts can add other dates.
For budgeting, Google Maps displayed a visitor-reported €10–50 per person on 9 September 2026. That broad restaurant range is not a concert ticket price. Tickets are priced separately by event.
Read the door rules
The house rules specify 21+ for club visitors, cash at the entrance and cashless bars. Individual concerts may publish different age limits. Dogs can join dinner but cannot attend club nights. The venue warns about flashing lights.
The door is a caveat: a Google reviewer around June 2026 complained about being refused entry after questions about the DJ. That is one visitor’s account, not a guaranteed admission test.
